Overall Responsibility

• Website Designing
• Create layouts, templates, cards, letterheads, brochure and other designing required by organization.
• Liaising closely with a customer or client at the design stage
• Producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required
• Writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML and XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Action script, Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver
• Deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web
• Testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions
• Integrating verbal content with site design for final product.

Skills Required

• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Suite
• Must have a sound portfolio and excellent flair for design.
• Knowledge of Web 2.0 standards and ability to design unique web graphics in Web 2.0
• Ability to think out of the box and come up with innovative designs
• XHTML and CSS knowledge would be a plus
• Good English language skills
• Experience of managing own projects and time scales

Soft skills

• 2+ years of Web Design experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Conceptual work methodology.
• Pro active approach and highly motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• Working in open source technologies OS Commerce, Joomla, Wordpress and Drupal
• Design, Code & Test technical solutions Work on tasks assigned by the team lead
